From hearty breakfasts to super snacks, providing the right fuel for our bodies throughout the day is essential. So many of us resort to grabbing something on the go and this is rarely the best option in terms of nutrition. However, if you keep some of my ‘super snacks’ prepped in your cupboard for the kids lunchboxes or your mid-morning coffee break you can be sure of a ‘pick me up’ that’s filled with goodness - with only natural ingredients for sustained energy levels without the sugar crash!

Modern day dietary needs are extremely diverse and I’m always keen to experiment with gluten free and dairy free options to strive for optimal health for all. I also aim to keep things simple for those who find trying new foods an overwhelming sensory experience - this is often the case for children with additional needs. And whilst nuts are a great source of healthy fats and vitamins, I offer ‘nut free’ options for school snacks. I can’t resist buying new cookbooks and love new recipes on Instagram. I’ll constantly try new ones, often giving them my own twist…always aiming for nutrient-rich and family-friendly options to satisfy hunger cravings.
