Life is busy; we’re constantly on the go and supermarket shelves are packed with supposedly healthy snacks to fuel our bodies throughout the day. But many still contain ingredients that, ensure a longer shelf life, but really aren’t very good for us. Homemade is quite simply the best option - yet it is time consuming and most of us just don’t have this luxury. My small range of snacks made with quality ingredients, wholegrains and only natural sugars are a great option for school, office and home life - keeping our bodies healthy and minds strong to face the day!

If you do have, both the time and inclination, to bake healthy snacks at home, getting your children involved helps them to understand the benefits of each ingredient as they’re added into the mix! Snacks need to be full of sources of sustained energy such as oats, nut butters, fruit and vegetables. I’m constantly tweaking recipes to pack them full of goodness from real foods and wholegrains. This in turn supports, not only our physical and mental wellbeing, but often our immune systems, energy levels and mood too! There’s no ‘nasties’ in my recipes and every ingredient counts…
