Inspired by a recent Nutrition & Wellness Day with the fabulous Lucy Burney, - who says ‘seeds are your super power’ - these crackers have become a staple in our household. Seeds are fibre-rich, packed with omega-3 and key nutrients, which contain compounds to help reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and other health conditions. My twist on Lucy’s recipe includes added nutritional yeast to boost your Vitamin B and iron levels and the gorgeously aromatic rosemary for added antioxidant benefits.
Alternatively opt for my new flavour: crackers seasoned with Italian herbs and made with extra pumpkin seeds for an added protein boost. Did you know that pumpkin seeds are one of the highest plant-based sources of protein and so easy to add to so many dishes?

Rosemary and Black Pepper Cracker Ingredients: flaxseeds/golden linseeds, sunflower seeds, brown linseeds, pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast, rosemary, black pepper and sea salt
Italian Herbs Cracker Ingredients: as above, but with mixed Italian Herbs rather than Rosemary and an extra porition of pumpkin seeds
All products are made in a kitchen which uses nuts and other allergens
