Ingredients: bananas, organic wholemeal self-raising flour (contains wheat), oat milk, coconut sugar, honey, chia seeds, flaxseeds, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, with mixed oats & seeds (sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seed) topping
