Seasonal Workshops

Learning about ‘where our food comes from?’ and ‘what it means to eat with the seasons?’ has never been more important for both our health and our planet. Seasonal food is fresher, more nutritious and tastier as it hasn’t travelled so far to be on your plate - not only that, but I honestly believe you can ‘smell’ the difference too! It’s often cheaper too!

In conjunction with the children of St Matthew’s Infant School in Cobham and their wonderful little allotment, I’ve developed a series of Four Seasonal Workshops to explore the amazing produce that we can grow ourselves. Learning about a ‘Farm to Fork’ approach is another way to encourage a more natural diet full of nutrient dense fruit and vegetables and what better way than to grow the produce themselves…
